Mr Ford come to us back in February after he had recently purchased the property and wanted energy efficient windows, new fascia soffit and guttering and a tiled conservatory that he could use all year round.

He wanted to modernize the whole property, so we suggested anthracite grey window frames with anthracite fascia, he then chose to have the frames and roof tiles of the Tapco tile roof conversion in anthracite to match windows, porch and fascia we had fitted.

With the Tapco tile conversion he also wanted more natural light to enter the room, so we recommended open out bi fold doors this allowed 30% more natural light to enter as well as making it even more functionable allowing easy access to the garden for them summer get togethers with the family.
