Bay Windows
Very happy with the work that Norfolk Exteriors completed for us - we had a new composite door and upvc windows replaced. Friendly, helpful and hard working and they completed the job to a high standard. Much easier than any other job we've had done at our house, so nice to have decent helpful people working for us. They also gave us the most competitive quote of 3 companies we had round to discuss the job
After a very successful installation of doors and some porch remodelling, I decided to go back to Norfolk Exterior Solutions to have all the windows replaced in our bungalow. I asked for a quote for the facias and soffits too, not expecting to be able to afford it all in one go, but they came back with a great all in price. As before, the quality of the work was exceptional. They use a top product line and you can tell as it looks and feels amazing. All their work has gone towards helping us achieve our dreams for our bungalow. Highly recommended.
We had our extension roof changed from cold to warm roof, as well as bay windows and fascias with Norfolk Exterior Solutions.Hopefully, now our house will be as warm as it needs to be in the winter. We can't fault the final product as it was installed with high standard. I would highly recommend Norfolk Exterior Solutions for your project.

Good company excellent work. Nine windows and front door replaced for a very good price. No mess and no fuss.
Had quite a bit of roof work done by this company and also three shed doors replaced with UPVC ones. The roof work included replacement of battens, roofing felt, new dry ridge and hip system and the loft insulation brought up to spec. We also had an unused chimney stack removed which was causing internal dampness. A friendly and professional service was provided by all concerned and we would not hesitate in recommending this company.
Done a good job of replacing rotten fascia’s and soffits, guttering and replaying traditional tiles with grey slate, house looks a lot better
Excellent service from start to finish. Everybody i dealt with was extremely helpful and friendly. I had Damo add a personnel door to the side of my garage and he did an excellent job. Professional and efficient and left it spotless when they were done, couldnt ask for more. Would highly recommend.
From my initial contact to enquire about a quote, through the negotiation and decision making processes, throughout the delivery of extensive works to my chimney stack, pitched and flat roofs and sundry other external repairs, fixes and improvements, I have been entirely satisfied with Norfolk Exterior Solutions.Their communication is good, they stuck to all their promises and agreements and provided a high quality level of service and finish in all regards. I was impressed with their administration as well as the practical workmanship. Very good management and building expertise were always evident. As a team they worked very well together and showed good practice when working with other teams and experts.I recommend this company without hesitation.
Our experience was brilliant from start to finish, there was no hard sales tactic at all, they were easy to contact and quick to respond, as well as ensuring we were kept up to date throughout the process. The installation itself went smoothly with them being with us an entire week to fit 8 windows and 4 doors, including knocking out a wall for some patio doors to be fitted and the workmanship is amazing, we are really pleased with how everything looks considering how particular we are.
Did a great job of replacing soffits, facias and guttering on my house and garage. Communication was fantastic and a true family run team. Recommended and shared to others in Norfolk area.

Great company, very prompt in arranging visit to take measurements and quote for the work. Experienced in what they do and advised of all options available. Very reasonably priced. Work took two days, and was completed to a very high standard. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. A really friendly service from Jordan, Sophie and the team and we are thrilled with the outcome.
A fantastic company! I had my flat roof garage done by Jordann and his company. The lads who came to do it were fantastic, quick and efficient. They were polite and left the site immaculate. They were very knowledgable. Thank you!
Really friendly and professional, definitely recommend to anyone, the whole team are fantastic. My windows look amazing and definitely noticed the difference with the warmth staying inside the house too. Hubby loves the fact I’ve not touched the heating.
This company is very professional and they kept in touch with us throughout the job.Our leaking roof is now water tight!Thank you

They replaced all of our soffits, fascias, guttering, and downpipes, as well as installing new windows and a patio door. From the very first point of contact, the team was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. They were a pleasure to have on our property and showed great respect for our home throughout the entire project. The quality of their work is top-notch; every detail is finished to an excellent standard, and the new installations have completely transformed the exterior of our house. We couldn't be happier with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality building work.

Had a full fascia’s and soffits replacement. Looks really smart, the guys have done a good jobSophie and Jordann kept me updated throughout. They did a few extra bits on the roof and walls within the price as well as agreed
From the start Jordan and Sophie were very thorough and professional. The quote was quick and very competitive. When the work started they kept me updated throughout and cleared up after themselves everyday. Jordan kept in contact throughout to make sure that we were happy. We will be using Norfolk Exterior Solutions again for our next project.
Everyone I spoke to was very approachable and happy to answer all my questions. They gave an accurate timeline for the ordering and installation of our skylight and work was done to a good standard. Would definitely recommend.
Norfolk Exterior solutions have been amazing, especially after we lost our trust with work from previous roofers. Had a few other minor issues that they have been happy to help with. Would highly recommend!
Fantastic customer service and follow up after care.Great communication throughout and a pleasure to have around our property.Thrilled with the doors and quality is fantastic.Highly recommend.
Friendly, helpful and professional family business that installed two new veluxes bringing lots of light to the room. They were on time and budget and were happy to think along to give the best result. Highly recommended
Excellent outcome of the job, excellent customer service on the flat roof recently installed, staff are very knowledgeable on what they’re doing and very friendly
Unfortunately I have not had the same experience as the other reviews. We had jordann for supply and fit the whole house, 3 weeks later it was fitting time, after taking the bedroom window out they found that it had been made wrong along with 7 other windows front door and 2 side panels.Although this was a manufacturing mistake, they didn't communicate with me at all I had to keep phoning them, for an update, 4 weeks later they were fitted, with a few more hiccups. I asked for some money off for the inconvenience £250 and 8 cans of cider. 1 year on and the lock has broken on the patio door, 2 weeks to come out to it, and now waiting 6 weeks for them to bring a new lock still no communication I have to keep contacting them. We paid a lot of money for the job, but the communication from them and after service has left us very disappointed.
Fantastic and reliable. Tidy and quick to complete. Thank youFlat roof on porch
Amazing company from start to finish, so helpful and down to earth a proper family company who care about the work and the customer. Jordan came out gave me a very reasonable quote for new flat roof gutting and boards, explained things in laymon terms so I understood it all. The work is outstanding and to the highest quality the team cleaned everything up behind them polite explained it all as they went along. Would highly recommend to anyone.
We recently contracted with Norfolk Exterior Solutions to replace our front door with a composite and back door with new UPVC. From start to finish they were a pleasure to deal with. Jordann is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and had a good understanding of exactly what we wanted. Installation day, the team of fitters turned up on site and completed the works in a very timely fashion and have left us with 2 beautifully installed doors. No mess, no make good of surrounding areas and they took all the old doors, frames and packaging away with them. We would personally recommend Norfolk Exterior Solutions. Great job at a great price. Thank you, Jordann and the team.
