Our credentials sit on public registers you can check for yourself. We are a CERTASS registered installer, a Checkatrade member and a Norfolk Trusted Trader, and we are approved installers for manufacturer systems such as Firestone RubberCover EPDM and Cure It GRP, which keeps their material warranties valid. Independent reviews are the clearest measure of our work. Our Checkatrade profile and our Google Business listing each carry customer reviews, collected by those platforms rather than by us. The two platforms report their own separate ratings and totals, so we ask you to check whichever source matters most to you. Where a job is finished, the matching case study on this site shows the property, the materials used and the customer’s own feedback — for example the HUP! extension in Norwich, the church re-roof in Mildenhall and the design-and-build project in Thetford.

Each project is run by an experienced project lead, with Martin overseeing operational management, scheduling and coordination of the trades on site. We hold public liability insurance, and we provide a free survey and a written quotation before work begins so the scope and price are clear. On completion you receive written guarantee documentation for our workmanship, alongside any manufacturer-backed material warranties, so you can see exactly what is covered and for how long.
