We're Norfolk Exterior Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), trading as Norfolk Exterior Solutions, a company registered in England, and these Terms and conditions (our "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and us.

  1. It is the supplier's responsibility to supply you with goods that are in conformity with the contract.

  2. The contract is firm and binding on both parties.

  3. Subject to the rights above in the event of the customer seeking to cancel the contract prior to the commencement of manufacture, the supplier is reimbursed by the customer for any expenses incurred and for the anticipated gross profit which would have been yielded by the completion of the contract.

  4. The Supplier reserves the right to cancel the contract if, upon receipt of the surveyors working details, and after due consultation with the customer, it is the opinion of the suppliers technical staff that the installation cannot be completed to an adequate level of satisfaction, or if the information submitted to the supplier by the sales agent does correctly reflect the nature of the work to be completed, or any other part of the contractual arrangements.

  5. The balance of the purchase price of supply only goods is payable delivery, balance of supply and fit goods is payable on completion of the installation. Payment is to be made to the company.

  6. Payment is due on completion of the work. Failure to pay the outstanding balance on completion will entitle the company to charge interest on the balance at the rate of 3% interest above the bank of England base rate.

  7. The Customer will accept delivery, or provide access to enable installation to be completed as soon as advised that the units are ready, if within 28 days of such advice an appointment has not been fixed, the balance of the purchase price is then due and payable, and interest provided in condition 7 above shall accrue thereafter.

  8. All glass issued is to the best commercial standard, but, subject to the purchasers statutory rights, no guarantee is given or implied against minor imperfections, beyond that given by the glass manufacturer.

  9. Upon receipt of full payment the supplier will issue a written guarantee, which is required for a claim to be processed.

  10. The supplier guarantees to repair free of charge for labour and materials all pvc products and sealed units which develop a fault due to defective materials or construction during a period of ten years from the date of installation, provided the products have not been abused or neglected or subject to abnormal use, and they have been maintained to a reasonable standard.

  11. No guarantee or warranty is given that the installation of any products will reduce or prevents the formation of condensation.

  12. Representative and showroom samples are used to demonstrate typical products, their composition and general appearance. The products scheduled overleaf will be measured, manufactured and installed in the way the supplier deems most suitable. Under the suppliers' policy of continuous improvement to its products, production and installation methods, any modifications will be discussed with the customer and countersigned prior to manufacture.

  13. Removal and replacement of curtains, blinds and pelmets are the customers' responsibility. No undertaking can be given that the customers' existing doors, epdm and/or frames can be removed so as to be fit for re-use or any other purpose.

  14. A) The supplier will make good any damage caused in the course of installation to plaster, floor, rendering or brickwork immediately surrounding any window or door installed but does not undertake to replace ceramic or other tiles or specialised finishes such as Tyrolean or pebble dash, or to avoid damage to surrounding wall paper or paint work, unless caused by our negligence.
    B) The supplier accepts no responsibility for any damage resulting from structural or other defects in the property at which the installation is carried out.
    C) To be valid for any claim under 14(a) above must be made in writing.

  15. The company will advise the customer to the best of our ability but the customer should discuss their proposals with the relevant local planning authority and building control services before starting work. It is the customers responsibility to obtain any relevant permissions.

  16. The Supplier will indicate the prevailing rate of V.A.T on the order. If the government insists changes occur, it is rate prevailing at the date of invoice that will be charged.

  17. These conditions, together with this signed contract, constitute a complete record of the terms for the supply and/or installation of the suppliers' products.

  18. Novariation to, or waiver of any of the above terms and conditions will be accepted by the supplier unless:
    A) The proposed variation is clearly confirmed in writing to the customer by the supplier.
    B) The acceptance of the proposed variation is confirmed in writing to the customer by the supplier.

  19. Please note: the supplier reserves title to the goods supplied until all outstanding debts in respect thereof have been discharged and only then will full title of ownership pass over to the customer.

  20. As the conservatories and porches we supply and install are a bespoke product we do not have to offer a 14 day cancellation period, however if no costs have been incurred to the company we will offer a 14 day cancellation period. Use the cancellation slip below only if you wish to cancel this order.

  21. If you cancel after the 14 days we will charge you the cost of the product plus any other costs incurred.
