The Challenge

Mr Brookes was left in a difficult position when a previous builder let him down at the start of the project. He was left without a functional space and needed a reliable team to step in and handle the entire build from the ground up.

The client needed a contractor who could take over the full project management, from groundworks to the final internal plastering.

The goal was to create a thermally efficient "second living room" for socialising, requiring a structure that surpassed the quality of a standard conservatory.

Norfolk Exterior Solutions took over the entire site, providing a seamless "job lot" service to get the project back on track and delivered to a superior standard.
Materials Used:
- Structure: Full Ground-up Build including foundations, flooring, and wall construction.
- Roof Substructure: Steel-Framed Roof System — engineered for superior strength, precision, and a lifetime of structural integrity.
- Roof Finish: Ultra Tapco Tile System — synthetic slate tiles that provide the classic look of natural stone without the weight, backed by a 50-year warranty.
- Glazing: White 4-part Aluminium Bifold doors, matching windows, and a set of patio doors for maximum natural light and garden integration.
- Interior: Full vaulted ceiling with 8 integrated LED spotlights and professional plastering.

Implementation:
After rescuing the site, we completed the structural build from the floor level. The steel-framed roof was installed to provide a robust skeleton for the Tapco tiles. The interior was then fully insulated and plastered to create a seamless, extension-style finish that feels like a permanent part of the home.
